The Communications team at this very popular tech company supports communications and community building for it's support and operations team. This team focuses on the entire user and customer ecosystem, and our goal is to make customer care a competitive advantage.

The Role:
As the video producer for the communications team, you'll bring the culture to life and create inspiring videos that capture the company's vision, culture, people, and priorities. As a producer with a point of view on using video as a way to reinforce messaging and move hearts and minds, you’ll work with your teammates and leadership team to craft a message that will inspire and resonate with thousands.

Responsibilities:
1. Produce, shoot, and edit creative videos
2. Craft presentations/pitches
3. Make stuff that’s beautiful and clear, but not corporate or stuffy
4. Work effectively with teammates and executives across multiple locations and time-zones

Requirements:
-BS/BA in Video Editing, animation or any other related education and/or certifications or equal/ relevant work experience
-2-3+ yrs experience in Video production skills including writing, directing, shooting, editing picture and sound, creating animations, and delivering a polished video under deadline
-2-3+ years working with Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects and Final Cut Pro with high proficiency
-Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work with senior stakeholders
-Ability to take design feedback and incorporate it quickly
-Collaborative in a team environment
