VIDEO PRODUCER

Our client is a global financial services firm. This is a really exciting time for them as they are going through a rebrand specifically in regards to their digital assets. They are looking for a Video Producer who will be responsible for full concept production on various different video segments.

Individual must be able to work well in a corporate environment, forward thinking, capable of managing pricing, and experienced with planning and execution of integrated digital video campaigns. The Producer is responsible for the day-to-day management of medium to large scale projects including: project discovery, resource allocation, creative development, technical production, and quality assurance. This position reports to the Director of Digital Production.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage projects including, but not limited to complex websites, campaign minisites, online video production, e-mail campaigns, and comprehensive online media campaigns
- Author project SOWs and estimate documentation
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans for all interactive work within a given project
- Manage budget projects, timelines, and agency and non-agency resources to ensure a quality experience on large and small-scale projects
- Develop, implement and report change order process to remain within scope
- Partner with Account teams to manage client and internal expectations
- Coordinate with the Executive Producer, Resource Manager and other Producers in the efficient utilization of resources
- Manage new and existing vendor relationships
- Regular reporting of financial status of projects

Job Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in leading the development of web sites and online media campaigns
- Experience working with video and social networking functionality / technology is highly desirable
- Self starter, very detailed oriented and have the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, quickly process information, and maintain confidential information
- Solid track record of successfully developing projects from start to completion
- Ability to lead projects in high-pressure situations
- Professional, outgoing, friendly, fearless
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Outstanding organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are required
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Project
- Prior interactive agency experience is highly desirable
