Video Producer

Responsibilities: 
· Manage the beginning to end production process for assigned video deliverables 
· Engage, book, and manage crew, creatives, locations, and equipment for specific video deliverables 
· Provide status reporting for projects in-flight 
· Create itemized budget estimates, and then manage project spend against approved budgets
· Create work back schedules and manage projects to schedule
· Communicate project statuses daily, flagging and troubleshooting potential issues
· Create weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting of all running and completed projects 
· Maintain a high degree of attention to detail when managing project planning efforts, scheduling and budgeting.

Required Skills:

· Self-starter that can operate efficiently within ambiguous situations 
· 5 years of professional experience as a video and/or photo producer or similar role with ad agency, design studio, or production company 
· Related education or equivalent experience 
· Advanced Microsoft Office user
· Possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines
· Demonstrate strong listening, problem solving skills


Preferred Skills:

- Strong working knowledge of budgeting and scheduling software
· Experience working with time-tracking/resource management tools 
· 5-7 years in a leadership role within a creative environment, with an emphasis on e-commerce video production
· Expertise in applied techniques with a working knowledge of video production, post production, computer graphics, lighting, composition, color quality, and aesthetics 
· Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from creative stakeholders 
· Working knowledge of production software for both Mac and PC platforms
· Advanced-level proficiency of Adobe creative suite
