Video Platform Partner Manager UK

Fast-paced, dynamic, and proactive, the Online Partnerships and Development team serves the video platform creators around the world to ensure they have a great experience and achieve success on the platform. Many of these creators are responsible for “what is original” on the platform and are building the media companies of the future. The Team works with thousands of video creators by helping them build their channel, grow their watch time, and develop their audience by delivering innovative and scalable best practices, solutions and recommendations.

As an Associate Partner Account Manager on the Team, you will work with a diverse set of creators in the areas of Entertainment, Sports, News, Gaming, Beauty and Fashion, Cooking, Music, Kids and more. You will be responsible for helping our creators build, grow, and expand their presence, while helping to develop them into the next generation of video stars. Growing user base provides unique challenges and new responsibilities everyday. Fast-paced, dynamic and proactive, the Content and User Operations team serves the platform’s advertisers, publishers and users around the world. Like a diligent detective, your responsibilities are to uncover and understand common issues facing these groups, and then work with the right teams to tackle the problem. Whether surfacing issues to our technical teams or recommending improvements to the team's processes and tools, you enhance the user experience on the platform while helping increase their loyal user base over time. Also you will actively support these goals by developing the platform’s Creator communities, as well as running social channels and communications in collaboration with Marketing. You will also ideate and execute other activities to develop the market at scale. As a result of your activities, you will synthesize feedback and come up with suggestions to improve product, resources, policies, and more.

Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the video, media, or entertainment industry.
Passion for finding, developing and managing video creators.
External-facing customer interaction experience via customer support, sales, and/or relationship development.
Ability to interact at all levels of an organization, as well as cross-functionally.
Effective problem-solving skills and proven track record of proactively improving processes.
Exceptional planning and time management skills and attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery.
Additional European language skills a big plus.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of platform creators in the areas of Entertainment, Sports, News, Gaming, Beauty and Fashion, Cooking, Music and more. Help them grow their presence on their platform.
- Manage a portfolio of creator accounts towards performance goals, including maximizing watch time hours, platform engagement, audience growth, community interaction and business growth.
- Work collaboratively with your team and cross-functional partners to develop and implement creative ways to improve client relationships, grow distribution and drive business growth.
- Drive, measure, and analyse overall creator performance against key metrics.
- Streamline operational workflows and process improvements.
