Video Operations Program Manager - London - Up to £270 per day (pro rata)
Our client is a major multinational technology company specialising in Internet-related services and products. These include online advertising technologies, search, cloud-computing, software, and hardware.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Video Operations Program Manager, on a fixed term contract basis (5-6 months, with a possible extension). The role will be based at the company's stylish offices in Kings Cross, London.
-Manage day to day workflow on content ingestion and dependent processes.
-Coordinate onboarding and operational account management for video content into the platform with content providers and support teams.
-Create requirements for digital supply chain workflow, tools, systems, and processes.
-Improve templates, specifications, and guidelines for day to day business process.
-Manage to internal metrics for performance and quality.
-Resolve escalations and incidents for day to day issues.
-3 years provable experience in supply chain, project management, content operations, or service operations in a digital distribution environment - ESSENTIAL!
-1 years experience driving proven business process improvements and working proficiency in business process tools.
-Experience in troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions.
-5 years experience in supply chain, project management, content operations, or service operations in a digital distribution environment.
-3 years experience driving proven business process improvements and working proficiency in business process tools.
-Experience working in video content management, web content management, digital media production, workflow, CMS, and content operations.
-Experience in entertainment industry with VOD or live video services.
-BA in business, operations, or related fields/experience.
-Experience with Lean, Six Sigma process improvement methodologies or PMI.
-Proficiency in a second language a plus.
