Video Marketing Manager

In this assignment with Aquent's client, the Video Marketing Manager will drive marketing strategy, brand development and measurement of marketing campaigns that will bring customers to Client video services increase sales, market share & brand awareness.

Key Qualifications
• 7+ years relevant entertainment / agency marketing background
• Proven track record of developing & launching brand / content campaigns with emphasis on digital marketing tactics
• Passion and knowledge of TV and film industry
• Strong brand strategy and analytical background
• Experience launching multi-channel marketing campaigns while working with multiple stakeholders
• Self-starter who can navigate across multiple executives & internal teams
• Ability to translate analytics and reporting data into best practices and ROI optimization
• Top-notch organizational skills and the ability to see the big picture as well as pay attention to the smallest of details

Description
• Develop and execute brand & content campaigns for the various video services
• Manage day-to-day communication with partners & agencies ensuring all parties are strategically aligned, on-budget and on-schedule
• Maximize internal client resources for owned media opportunities across retail, direct mail, social and device integrations
• Develop marketing briefs that result in cutting-edge advertising, social & digital marketing materials & campaigns
• Develop, define and test messaging and value proposition statements
• Drive campaign optimization through tracking and analysis of KPIs
• Work with Data & Analytics teams to improve customer acquisition, retention and campaign ROI

Education
BA/BS degree required with strong analytical & creative background
