Media and Entertainment company in Los Angeles is looking for a Video Editor to join their Technical Post Production team. This is a night shift contract opportunity with hours typically 6 pm to 2 am.

Editors are responsible for mastering source media (tape and digital) for digital distribution. Some editing repair work may be needed to get files to spec--this is where editing craft and skill set will come into play. Experience with photo editing, color correction, and compositing is a plus. A background in audio is also a plus. Editors are also responsible for managing media, archiving projects, and communicating project status to stakeholders.
