Very Sr. Copywriter

Are you a freelance copywriter who is between projects or jobs? If you love variety and the fast-pace style of an agency then this is the perfect opportunity for you! The Creative Copywriter is key in driving our unique messages for the agency’s top brands while specializing in strategy, writing for print, web, broadcast and digital content. 
In this position, the responsibilities include but are not limited to: Developing concepts for advertising, collateral, marketing promotions, interactive pieces and other communication pieces needed by clients; Providing message development, copywriting and editing of ads, corporate and product booklets, brochures and other collateral pieces, sell sheets, posters, postcards, direct mail, web pages, banner ads, in-store POP, e-mails and New Business presentations; Ensuring all written messages are bold, strategic, persuasive, on-brand and on-strategy in all media for B2C and B2B communications; Checking concepts and copy against the creative brief to ensure it meets key strategic goals and objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, English, or a related field; A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in professional copywriting including concepting, writing, editing, and proofreading in an agency environment; Proficient in technical and promotional writing, with the ability to write and edit under short deadlines; Excellent proofreading skills; Ability to successfully manage multiple projects within very fast timelines; Some limited travel may be required.
