We are recruiting for this role for our top Client, technology leader.
The Home Services Partner Manager is integral in ensuring that demanding consumers can easily connect with high quality home service professionals. This position will manage relationships with existing service partners, as well as identify and on-board new prospective partners. It will work cross-functionally with all channels to identify and implement home service solutions.
-Ensure that all the consumers have an excellent experience with home service professional partners.
-Manage and build relationships with existing National Installation Partners. Identify and implement areas for mutual ongoing growth.
-Identify potential national installation partners in existing and emerging geographies.
-Conduct RFP, evaluation and selection process for potential partners.
-Negotiate and implement commercial agreements with selected partners.
-On-board new partners, in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
-Work cross-functionally to identify business needs for home services across channels and departments, and collaboratively architect solutions and implement solutions. Work with support, product & quality teams to ensure home service programs run flawlessly.
-Identify innovative new ways to bring home service offerings to customers.
-Ability to travel regionally and internationally up to 50% (UK, NL, BE, FR, IT, ES, GE, AT, Nordics)
-BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
-solid previous experience working in a business development or program management role, with contract management experience.

-Experience with RFP/RFQ and vendor selection processes
-Experience working with top level executives, while also having the ability to perform detailed program management.
