One of Seattle's most beloved companies is looking for some outstanding seasonal help to assist their Digital Imaging Team!

We are seeking a Content Coordinator with experience in product data and product/digital imaging, preferably in an e-commerce environment. Prior experience working in a high volume environment with little supervision is a must. This is a 2 month contract, 40 hour a week position, located in Kent!

The Content Coordinator supports the business by acquiring, validating, and ingesting product information, imagery, and videos for use on product pages. This role works collaboratively with copywriters and editors to prioritize work and ensure deadlines are met to support product launches, marketing projects, and other business needs.

The team supports over 1,000 annual print and digital multi-channel projects and 30,000 online products.

This job is responsible for contributing to ongoing business process improvement efforts to drive marketing efficiency and effectiveness. Models and acts in accordance with the brand’s guiding values and mission.

Job Duties:

- Process incoming vendor product content.
- Track and report missing, incomplete, or outstanding asset requests from vendors
- Validate and format product information for import into company’s systems.
- Maintain the specifications for vendor information/content the business acquires. Work with internal/external teams to outline the scope and milestones for vendor commitment, and drive the project from start to finish.
- Partner with business stakeholders to maintain specifications for vendor content.
- Coordinate with publishing partners to ensure the timely delivery of digital assets as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Communicate with vendors to supply additional product information, key features, benefits, imagery and videos.
- Maintains accurate product information in the catalog production database; while working with external vendors to test and implement solutions and updates for this custom software.
- Responds quickly to changing priorities, internal content requests and product page corrections and updates.
- Works with cross-divisional partners to troubleshoot and solve technical problems related to ecommerce sites.
