Position Workgroup: Business & Web Analytics
· Data Validation
o Data Integrity – Ensure the key metrics are set up correctly and are usable and reliable.
o Data Accuracy – Validate data is accurate by cross checking different sources of data or viewing trends and historical data.
o Cross Analytical Platform Validation – Cross checking data points across different analytical platforms and looking for consistency or issues with the data.
· Create and manage specialized recurring reports across all mobile apps and platforms
Reports are centered on:
o Mobile Metrics and Dimensions – Ability to identify which key metrics to use from data sources (Adobe Analytics, Conviva, Google Analytics) and how to correlate and cross check them in a meaningful and insightful manner.
o Monitoring streaming trends
o Measuring performance
o Alerting of spikes in production and streaming
· Ad hoc reporting
o Assist streaming SMEs on identifying issues through specific one time reports designed to isolate key areas within the streaming process.
· Presentation of findings
o Create presentations such as PowerPoint and Excel to clearly show finding from the data.
· At least 3 years’ experience working with analytical tools (preferably Adobe Analytics)
· At least 3 years’ experience working with data sets and extrapolating meaningful insights or key trending information from data
· Highly proficient in Excel – Must be able to do complex formulas
· Bachelor’s degree in analytics or mathematics preferred
· Natural attention to detail – Very Important
· Analytically minded
