VSC Contract Services Agent

Our client, financially stable, well established and reputable in the automotive captive finance industry is looking to bring onboard a VSC Contract Services Agent. As a Contract Services Representative, you play an important role in ensuring that our client's end customers and partners remain loyal and satisfied by the expeditious manner in which you process and resolve dealer and customer requests, along with handling informational inquiries.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Handle a high volume of incoming calls
-Process Vehicle Service Contract cancellations and transfers
-Answer general questions concerning coverage, exclusions, procedures, and policies.


Qualifications:

• Decision-making, problem solving, customer orientation, and interpersonal skills, are keys to your success in this position.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in an automotive related field.
• Five or more years of call center and/or customer service required experience in a vehicle service contract environment
• Windows based PC required, knowledge in mainframe applications and iN systems that pertain to VSC business preferred.
• Knowledge in IBM 3278 (CRT) terminal, PC/Windows, fax machine, ACD telephone system strongly preferred
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to be flexible and make rational decisions.
• Excellent oral and written skills that allow the capability to deal with dealers, retail customers, Regional Field Staff, and internal staff.

This is a long term role, 40 hours/week, minimum 2 years in duration. As always, Aquent provides comprehensive premium health benefits via Cigna.
