VP Marketing and Communications

The role of VP Marketing & Communications is to develop strategic marketing initiatives by collaborating with the company’s executive, marketing and program management teams. This role manages the Creative Department and all brand and communications.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience with branding / rebranding principles, initiatives and execution
Ability to make business critical decisions

Include the following:
• Project management - Oversees and manages average of 120 daily active projects for nine companies
• Develops and implements all corporate and program marketing initiatives and campaigns including advertising, communications and all messaging on print and online media
• Leads Creative Team to maintain and progressively position brand in industry
• Writes all content and proofs all external communications
• Other duties as assigned

This position has supervisory responsibilities. Which includes 2-4 direct reports. This person will use independent judgment and discretion 100% of the time and will perform supervisory or Managerial duties 75% of the time.

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or 3 to 7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Day:
Hours: 9am - 6pm - with some flexibility
10-20% travel required - across the US
