Primary Responsibilities:

Manage and route Vendor Management System (VMS) requisition emails quickly along with the submittal process between VMS and proprietary database


Maintain consistent and timely communication to Internal and External customers regarding status of requisitions, next steps, new openings, interviews, etc.


Work with recruiting to create and maintain appropriate pipelines


Manage and provide support of on-boarding requirements for assigned accounts to include EEOC for internal interviews hires, Talent COBRA process, and I-9's, etc.


Manage talent & client requests including benefits, invoicing, timecard questions and worker's comp claims.


Be an active participant of the Major Account Support team – participate in team meetings, identify opportunities for the team, streamline processes for assigned projects/accounts, and collaborate with team members.


Provide additional support as needed on a timely and consistent basis, and work with internal staff to resolve client/talent issues on an ad hoc basis.

Other Requirements:

4 year degree (preferred)

3-5 years administrative business experience

Proven ability to learn new technology quickly

Experience managing multiple priorities and following them from start to finish

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience with reporting and tracking

Proven ability to solve problems, make decisions, and resolve conflicts

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and process-driven thinker

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and follow up

Customer Service Fanaticism - strong sense of urgency

Self motivated and takes initiative
Flexible and embraces change
