We're not kidding, we love our company, and we're looking for a top VMS Administrator to add to our Shared Services Team!

Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming VMS/MSP emails to quickly identify immediate openings
- Enter new requirements into proprietary database
- Prepare, process and track submittals through VMS and proprietary database
- Maintain consistent and timely communication out to Agents on status of requisitions, next steps, new openings, interviews, etc.
- Working with recruiting to create and maintain appropriate pipelines
- Provide support and assist with reporting related to pipeline needs, current and future requisitions, and results of Quality Control calls
- Works with the VMS manager to traffic requisitions, resolve invoices, verify discounts, and handle questions from the VMS clients and talent.
- Provide support and assist with on-boarding requirements for assigned accounts, coordinating with multiple agents within North America
- Provide support and assist talent on use of proprietary system and VMS
- Provide additional support as needed on a timely and consistent basis, and work with internal staff to resolve client/talent issues on an ad hoc basis.
- Manage talent & client requests including benefits, invoicing, timecard questions and worker's comp claims.
- Manage HR compliance requirements including, but not limited to: EEOC for internal interviews hires, Talent COBRA process, and I-9's.
- Manage customer compliance storage and retrieval process
- Be an active participant of the Major Account Support team

Other Requirements:
- 4 year degree (preferred)
- 3-5 years administrative business experience
- Knowledge of payroll processing
- Proven ability to learn new technology quickly
- Experience with reporting and tracking
- Proven ability to solve problems, make decisions, and resolve conflicts
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Extreme attention to detail, and strong organization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service fanatic - strong sense of urgency
- Self motivated and takes initiative
- Flexible and embraces change
- Experience managing multiple priorities and projects from start to finish
