Our client is a leader in the telecommunications industry and they’ve asked for our help identifying 2 USER RESEARCHERS. Assignments begin as contract engagements and may convert to perm positions. Positions will run at lease one year.

These are UX RESEARCH positions and not UX Design roles.

Qualified candidates will be experienced in:
2. Contextual Inquiries/Interviews
3. Diary Studies
4. Card Sorting
5. Usability Testing

CUTTING EDGE MOBILE TECHNOLOGY! COOL PROJECTS!!! This team works with all products preloaded and developed for mobile devices (except video). These are all brand new products. Similar to a tech co (i.e. Apple or Google) vs what you would think of coming from a Telecomm.

Our passion is creating engaging and delighting user experiences and we’re looking for a talented User Experience Researcher to join our team. You'll be working with creative, business and engineering teams to create engaging experiences for mobile, tablet, web and CE devices. Working with multiple groups to develop complex digital products will require “Out-of-the-box” thinking, a collaborative nature, and the ability to challenge the status quo while achieving the goal.

• Create screeners and manage recruiting process that target the right users
• Conduct concept and usability testing, document results and create insights and recommendations
• Develop an understanding of the attitudes and behaviors of our target market
•.Perform heuristic analysis, wireframe analysis, card sorting exercises
• Create and analyze surveys data
•.Summarize customer feedback from blogs, app stores, product feedback links and customer support reps
•.Work with product and design teams to incorporate testing feedback into the end experience.
• Work in a cross-functional team of designers, product management, and copywriters to concept and develop solutions that are effective, authentic and innovative.

• Bachelor's Degree required in HCI, UX or Usability testing
• 5-10 years’ experience as a Usability Analyst/Researcher
• Passionate about mobile products and technology
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates testing capabilities
• Excellent organization skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and adjust to frequent changes and priorities
• Self-starter who can keep the big picture in mind, work through details, and sell ideas
• Team player who works well with others

• Prototyping capabilities with justinmind or axure
