Our client is looking for a seasoned User Experience Professional (User Experience Strategist/ Consultant), who is passionate about mobilizing technology and design to create usable, extensible, accessible and gratifying user experience. User Experience Professional will create conceptual frameworks and documentation designed to aid in the development of user-centered design and technology solutions for fast moving retail client.


• Information Architecture/User Experience Skills required:
• 6+ years experience
• Oversee multiple projects and ensure content tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Assist in client presentations to create buy-in for recommended strategies and solutions
• Ability to create copy that translates client offerings or objectives into compelling
• consumer benefits required
• Ability to handle competing and/or tight deadlines, great organizational skills and
• attention to detail required
• Defining functionality, content, navigation, and interaction models page level prototypes, wireframes, site-maps, process flAs.
• Define functionality, content, navigation, and interaction models page level prototypes, wireframes, site-maps, process flowcharts, use cases, matrices.
• Generate user requirement definition by leading client working reviewing the competitive landscape, and creative brainstorming with the project team.
• Present deliverable and recommendations to clients and leading meetings.
• Leading user personae research and documentation.
• Contribute to the development of content/data models, nomenclature taxonomies.
• Research latest tools, methodologies, practices trends that relate to the field.
• Design, develop and moderate usability tests to validate architecture and design.
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction and vision of projects, positive contributions in a tightly-knit, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Generate user requirement definition by leading client working reviewing the competitive landscape, and creative brainstorming with the project team.
