User Experience Researcher

The User Experience Researcher will be primarily responsible for designing, conducting, analysing and reporting on user-centered design across multi channel digital assets. This includes identification of business objectives and user needs, creation of task- flows and user journeys, information architecture and be knowledgeable in prototyping. The role aims to align digital assets with the analysis of business requirements, customer experience and industry best practice standards.

Duties and responsibilities:

 Lead user experience research and ensure the product/service meets set user experience

 Design innovative research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative) to assess user experience across cross channel products/ services;

 Advise and assist stakeholder to identify UX goals for the product/service;

 Maintain and improve user experience research tools and assets;

 Create, test and adapt research assets in both waterfall and agile environments;

 Analyse and interpret usability research and report/ present findings using various methods to internal and external stakeholders;

 Produce evidence-based solutions to maximise the usability potentials;

 Take the lead and initiative on medium to large research projects, managing the process

 Lead and/or oversee multiple projects concurrently;

 Provide mentoring and manage junior team members;

 Contribute to weekly team discussions, meetings and presentations on user experience; interaction and visual design across projects.

Desired skills and experience

 3-5 years user experience research experience;

 Work within a corporate and agile environment ideal, but not essential;

 Hands on qualitative and quantitative research techniques;

 Excellent written, spoken language and presentation skills;

 Managing key stakeholders across different business units;

 Familiar with brand experience and application of brand assets in a digital environment;

 Axure for prototyping ideas, preferred, but not essential;

 Lab testing hardware and software such as Morae and Tobii eye-tracking;

 Microsoft Office for the creation of presentations and internal documentation;

 Knowledge/application of NPS or customer advocacy is desirable, but not essential

 Ability to work autonomously.
