Job Description:

My client is looking for a passionate User Experience Researcher who is excited about shaping the future of enterprise software through translating user insight into product enhancements. If you have an insatiable curiosity for qualitative and quantitative observations, and can create research plans to find both, then read on! You are a self-starter and can seamlessly work in a distributed team environment. You can communicate the value of user research to business, design and technology experts in your sleep. You can flawlessly deliver research reports that provide clear direction to product teams. You proactively share ideas and can harness them into improved processes and higher quality user insight.

The UX Researcher’s responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Executing all stages of user research, including preparation, facilitation, analysis, and presentation
Creating and maintaining research project schedules, and advising teams on research projects
Communicating clear and precise feedback to a wide variety of audiences
Creating all research documentation from plan, schedule, guides and reports
Communicating results to Product Management, Engineering and Product Leadership
Supporting the overall ASW user research program and practices

Travel Requirements: Occasional Travel for Research Studies may be required
