Job Description:
Digital Producer/Sr. Digital Producer Contract to Hire

The Digital Producers lead digital programs to ensure from start to finish that the program is executed flawlessly with utmost quality and meeting all client expectations and objectives. Producers do this by working with all internal, external and client team members to scope, create and deliver programs while managing program budgets, timelines, quality criteria and risk management. A Digital Producer needs to excel in prioritization, multi-tasking and clear communication.

Description and Responsibilities:

· Is the day-to-day point of contact for specified programs, managing internal teams (account, creative, copy, legal, customer service) and external vendors (front end developers, back end developers, quality assurance teams) throughout the promotion execution and lifecycle.
· Works with the account team in creating program budgets for both internal and external costs of the program.
· Works to vet out potential vendor options based on program scope/budget and vendor capabilities.
· Document the vision of the project based on discussions with the account and creative teams while also providing strategy and input for technical solutions.
· Gather all necessary program information and create (and maintain) all documentation related to the program including:
· Timelines
· Site Map
· User Flows
· Wireframes
· Technical Specification
· Functional Documentation
· Test Cases
· Risk Management Documentation
· Is the liaison between outside development teams and internal resources. Should be experienced in technical discussions and able to lead conversations with programmers or internal resources regarding HTML, CSS, Flash and general web development principles.
· Presents concepts, documents and program information to applicable client stakeholders such as; client reviews, legal reviews, security reviews, etc.
· Monitors and provides timely status updates to all applicable teams regarding project progress against the proposed plans including budgets, timelines, quality criteria and risk management.
· Manages all vendors for the project including on and offshore resources, ensuring teams have all necessary elements for execution, tracking progress with the teams, problem solving/answering questions and escalating any issues when necessary.
· Manages and controls project scope and the change management process.
· Acts as an internal quality control check for all programs, in every phase, for accuracy and meets client requirements and best practices. This includes quality control checks of;
· Creative
· Copy Deck
· Documentation
· White Site/Proto Types
· Beta Site
· Live Site
· Proactively addresses any potential issues or concerns regarding live projects, understands and follows escalation processes and makes recommendations to resolve issues.
· Works with the live program metrics to provide reporting to stakeholders and analysis of the data.

Qualifications

· 5+ years’ experience in digital project management experience in an interactive marketing agency environment with successful launches of online promotional campaigns using responsive design.
· Bachelor's Degree.
· Client management experience.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and planning skills.
· Experience managing project teams and leading creative direction.
· Able to translate technical requirements to marketing and non-technical partners.
· Familiarity with legal parameters around online promotions, security and privacy.
· Organized, extremely detail oriented and able to balance multiple priorities.
· Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Power Point
· Proficient with Project Management Software such as OmniGraffle and OmniPlan.
· Experience with Project Management Tools such as Basecamp, Active Collab or Assembla.
· Experience with Development Tools such as HTML, CMS (e.g. Word Press, Drupal), Java Script and XML files.
· Familiarity with Design Software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
· Knowledgeable with Social Media Platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Foursquare, Google+
· Experience with traffic analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Webtrends and Omniture.
· Knowledgeable of both Mac OS and PC, mainstream browsers (Chrome, FF, IE, Safari, Opera), smartphones and tablets.
· 3 Month Initial Contract, with full time possibilities
