Project Description:
As a UX Designer for the Customer Experience and Strategy team you will be responsible for leading, maintaining, updating, and evolving a living and breathing UX Pattern Library. This role will be focused on transitioning foundational UX knowledge into documentation to establish a working code repository. This UX Pattern Library will be leveraged across the enterprise by a variety of practitioners to ensure consistency and continuity within our omni-channel customer journey. You will be a part of a highly collaborative team working in an agile environment with various UX Product team members to establish UX precedents. You will create pattern specifications and assets that are on-brand for desktop and mobile web experiences and represent reusable standards. You will participate in the planning, development, and governance process of new patterns. You will responsible for working with the broader UX team members to translate and establish these standards through a process of auditing, synthesizing, documenting, and discussing to establish consensus.

Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:
- Contribute to the shared business goals of the Customer Experience and Strategy team.
- Audit, synthesize, and create UX Pattern documentation within defined templates.
- Form partnerships and work side-by-side with information architects, designers, and engineers.
- Document and optimize UX Patterns based on new learning and new understandings to support new and ongoing work.
- Take the lead in the planning and development of new UX Patterns and the web experience of navigating the UX Patterns.
- Employ design standards set by company style guides to bring to life the living style guide for the UX Pattern Library.
- Remain current with industry trends, usability and standards, along with the tools and techniques for online experience development.

Skills Overview:
- Current online portfolio.
- 3 plus years of combined app & web design experience.
- Proven ability to formally present and articulate ideas effectively.
- Self-starter who is independently minded when needed and can collaborate well with others.
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate conversations that result in measurable outcomes of moving UX Patterns to consensus and completion.
