User Experience Designer II

Our global eCommerce client is seeking a UX Designer who can work independently and can think big picture, being able to convert business requirements and user research into an engaging user experience. An important element to this role is being able to balance user and business needs while scoping within the existing technology capabilities that maintains a positive balance between creative integrity and shipping on time.

· Liaison with internal clients, gathering requirements, ensuring good communication with stakeholders
· Experience working in an Agile or Waterfall environment and should be very well versed in the UX process including discovery, usability, wireframes, visual designs, etc. specifically managing software/digital related projects from a UX perspective, end-to-end lifecycle.
· Stay on task for assigned UX projects for the timely creation, review, approval and delivery of UX deliverables.
· Develop project milestones and collaborate with the Senior Manager to prioritize and define the timeline and project goals.

Basic Qualifications
· Minimum of six years experience as an Information Architect, or equivalent role
· Extensive experience wireframing using a prototyping tool such as Axure, Sketch or Omnigraffle.
· Can produce various deliverables such as Content Taxonomy, Site Map, User Flows, Wireframes, and clickable prototypes, etc.
· Able to self-manage and present to stakeholders

· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Able to handle a fast pace work environment.
· Able to work independently, but within a team.
· You are very detailed and organized. Live to ship, but you also have the flexibility to think on you feet, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and do whatever it takes to get things done.


Preferred Qualifications
· UX Designing capability
· Previous experience working within client's work processes and design system
· Comfortable delivering at a regular pace within Agile development cycles
· You have the ability to build relationships across the organization, both with the immediate design team, and reaching throughout the company with all stakeholders involved.
