One of the biggest Advertising Agencies in Atlanta is currently looking for a passionate User Experience Designer to join their team. This role will serve as a vital component in ensuring that the user is represented and advocated for, so that the final experience is true to the consumer.

In this role, you will work with the UX , Creative,Technology, Strategy and Business Intelligence teams to determine audience segments, business requirements and user experience to support an optimal business solution. The User Experience Designer will integrate business needs, UCD principles, visual design and architectural solutions into deliverables, and articulate, white board, document and manage all aspects of the user experience throughout an engagement’s lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is someone who can provide proven UCD methodology, highly innovative solutions for UX and design leadership and direction.

Required Skills:
Mastery of User Experience domain including user-centered design process, strategies, emerging standards, and essential elements such as information architecture, interaction, and visual design with a capacity to articulate concepts in everyday terms.
Translate technical requirements, test results, user feedback, team directions, and company standards into web site and application designs.

Job Functions:
Lead User Experience interests in cross-functional project teams
Ensure highest possible usability for a wide suite of web sites and business applications
Execute User-Centered design and analysis
Design, administer, and analyze results of usability tests
Utilize rapid prototyping tools to quickly deliver high-fidelity, interactive interfaces
Maintain and expand User Experience platform by managing documentation and processes
Evaluate emerging UX trends, tools, technologies and maintain a general awareness of the field
Engage analysts, business owners, development team, and end-users to achieve goals
Review business intelligence documentation, strategy, visual design and content for feasibility
Raise awareness of obstacles and negotiate solutions within project scope, timeline and budget
Prioritize and accomplish multiple projects within tight timeframes
Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with staff and clients
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to make sound recommendations and decisions based on observed user behavior and prior experience

Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant work experience in human factors and usability engineering.
At least three years applying these skills to the design and development of web-based systems.
Experience in gaining active end-user involvement in the specification, design, and implementation phases through interviews and site visits.
Advanced-level knowledge of OmniGraffle, Axure, and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, indesign and silverback a plus.

Some domestic travel may be required
