The User Experience Designer has experience in all phases of mobile user-centered design, including the ability to make strategic and tactical UI design recommendations to management and project teams based on business requirements, usability findings and standard UI design practices. The UX Designer possesses the ability to rapidly prototype low/high fidelity UI concepts, serves as a usability advocate, and promotes a user-focused mindset across the organization. Create visual UI design artifacts including, conceptual/functional diagrams, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that satisfy the needs of both the business and the end user.
In depth knowledge of Android applications and application design standards and best practices
Responsible for maintaining and enhancing consistency between related, but separate mobile applications.
Translate high-level objectives and requirements into interaction flows and UI design artifacts.
Effectively communicate the UI design vision and user-centered design solution to project stakeholders.
Be fluent in communicating design principles and design decisions to project team and stakeholders.
Work closely with end-users, subject matter experts, enterprise architecture team, and business analysts to design an experience that incorporates the needs of multiple parties into a single seamless user interface.
Be creative and innovative when applying processes, while maintaining a positive approach to ambiguity.
Work collaboratively and closely with the Business Analyst to ensure that requirements are met and design deliverables a usable across multiple disciplines and teams.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Human Centered Design, UX Design, Human Factors or Human-Computer Interaction generally required. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
3-5 years experience designing enterprise mobile applications
Thorough knowledge of interface design principles, usability theories, and rapid design
Excellent active listening communication and presentation skills.
Excellent time project management, time management, and prioritization skills.
Ability to establish business relationships and work effectively with business and client contacts. Strong interpersonal skills.
