Are you a User Experience Designer looking to take on your next exciting role? Are you innovative and strive to work on a challenging project?

Well we have the opportunity you have been searching for! One of our top clients is looking for a talented User Experience Designer who will join their team in NYC. This Designer will design corporate websites and complex web applications, based on corporate goals, contemporary web design principles and user data. This person will be responsible for the full design process, from ideation and sketching, wireframing and prototyping, to creating the visual elements that complete the design.

This Designer will need to work independently as well as take direction, work closely with other teams, and should be self-motivated and organized.

-You will partner with business units, development teams, QA and other stakeholders to design and define the user experience (information architecture, interaction design, and visual design) across a suite of web-based sites and services.
-You will create supporting documentation of the architecture of web sites and complex applications including workflows, wireframes, and prototypes.
-You will create overall visual design, weaving together iconography, typography, color, space and texture to help users easily navigate applications
-You will design incremental improvements and added features within existing web sites and services to maintain consistency and ensure an optimal user experience

-Must have a Bachelors Degree in related field and 4+ years of professional experience
-Must have experience designing and producing usable online solutions from concept through visual design
-Must have experience defining information architecture elements and describing with sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, etc.
-Must have knowledge of design for responsive and mobile environments
-Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work within project schedules and deadlines.
-Must have solid understanding of web technologies (such as HTML, CSS, Javascript) and how each can affect design work
