Client is looking for interaction designers to join a growing team with a passion for building great customer facing digital products. We want designers who work relentlessly to understand customer needs, create simple and valuable designs to meet these needs as well as meet business KPI’s. Our designers will work on product teams where UX and the interaction designer play an integral role in determining what to build and what not to build. We want people who can help drive change and innovation and who enjoy working with people.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Help define user interaction models for new and existing products.
Sketch and present UI concepts, including visual design and behaviors with paper sketches, wireframes, task/workflows, simple working prototypes, or whatever form best communicates your ideas.
Participate in user-centered research with customers through focus groups, usage analysis, and rapid prototyping.
Communicate and make recommendations on UI design solutions to multiple development teams through detailed specifications and similar types of communication documents.

Responsibilities
Work closely with internal development and design teams to ensure flawless integration with back-end technology and a great user experience.
Maintain continuous contact with all internal and external stakeholders through the project and after completion making sure features are delivered with high quality and on time.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Advanced degree in interaction design (BS or MS in HCI, design, or a related field) or equivalent experience.
3 years of experience interaction design
