Looking for a Program Lead to for user-centered Development Programs!

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Be the champion for user-centered development process, vision and standards across our products - Expert in VoC methodologies: ethnography / anthropological, customer visit interview teams, focus groups, advisory boards, etc. - Build and maintain productive relationships with diverse teams spanning all organizational levels. Leverage your relationships to ensure stakeholders are engaged with the user experience. - Drive definition of user experience success metrics and evangelize those metrics across the organization. Communicate improvement against those metrics over time. - Provide guidance to Product Managers (champions) on incorporating user research methodologies into the product design and development lifecycles. - Ensures the needs, wants, and limitations of end users of a product are given extensive attention at each stage of the development process. - Owns the User Centered Development (UCD) institutionalization and training programs. - Facilitates a cross-functional project team for complex UCD projects at various stages of research and development through the product launch.

Skills:
REQUIREMENTS - Excellent communication and presentation skills: you can communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and design details both verbally and visually - Solid understanding of user-centered development principles and methodologies - Ability to successfully juggle multiple projects in a compressed timeline, with competing priorities - Deep expertise across all facets of human-centered design and user experience, spanning UX strategy, experience/ interaction design, user research/assessment, prototyping, visual design, and user adoption

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant area of study, or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. - Preferred: 6-8 years with Program Management experience and / or relevant work experience in product design and user experience. -
