User Acquisition Specialist

Our client, is hiring a User Acquisition Specialist with mobile app marketing experience. This position is onsite and full time hours. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with the marketing team to develop ROI-driven customer acquisition plans using a wide range of channels 

  • Serve as company’s subject matter expert on ASO, paid search, online ad buying, social media ad buying, retargeting, and other digital media tactics to drive mobile app installs   

  • Manage creative development for all approved campaigns including developing multivariate tests and adopting new ad formats for programs

  • Drive ASO for assigned titles, including testing and optimization of icons, screenshots, app description, and keywords

  • Leverage 3rd party mobile tracking solutions to measure and evaluate campaigns

  • Track and analyze campaign performance on a day-to-day basis and implement optimizations autonomously to yield more users and refine ad spend

  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance and cost reporting for internal team and senior management, including budget tracking and invoice management

Requirements: 

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in user acquisition for mobile app or mobile gaming products

  • Advanced data analysis and Excel skills including ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics for internal stakeholders and senior

  • Capable of making optimization recommendations autonomously and managing to budget goals on a month-to-month basis including crafting campaign projections on a rolling basis

  • Experience onboarding new vendors, setting up contracts, reporting APIs, and conversion attribution/

  • Must demonstrate knowledge of testing, analyzing, and/or scaling new UA technologies into an existing

  • Experience with handling app launches and burst campaigns as part of overall program

  • Enjoys working closely with graphic designers and content producers to develop compelling, visually engaging creative assets for

  • Capable of running paid content/syndication campaigns and analyzing effectiveness with content/PR stakeholders
