Our client, a large pharmaceutical company, needs temporary support (4-6 months) for a Data Usage Rights Coordinator.

Administrative in nature, and requiring previous experience working off of a large server, our detail-driven Data Usage Rights Coordinator position will focus on a large audit of files in, and related to, our client's digital asset library. Candidate will review, extract pertinent information, document and provide the status of existing digital asset rights documentation to the assigned Promotion Manager. Procedures and processes around the escalation of issues will need to be learned quickly, and excellent judgment will always be required. Key characteristics:

– Committed to be onsite M-F

This position is short-term, lasting approximately 4-6 months. Work does need to be performed on-site in Whitehouse Station, NJ or North Wales, PA.

  • Previous experience working off a large server and knowing how to work between different software and different types of file formats all without changing existing documents on server is CRITICAL.

  • A digital asset management background or data coordination background are ideal for this position, but basic rights documentation experience or regulatory experience may work, depending on candidate's overall experience.
