One of Aquent's Market Research companies is constantly building new and exciting features but needs a web designer who is creative, passionate, problem solver who is able to drive the web design for our innovative guiding strategy and performance – enterprise (GPS-E) platform. We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with a lot of vision, a lot of design experience that can own a BIG product. If you love designing great user interfaces and know how to design them, you will be a great fit for our team! 

We are looking for a contractor to understand existing user flows of GPS-E, designing mockups, creating high-fidelity UIs, and creating custom icons and graphics. Knowledge of Javascript is preferred.the UX designer is responsible for how a product or website feels. The UX designer’s job is to zero in on users’ underlying emotional and functional needs — then help execute on those discoveries to create an enjoyable experience. 

This role will be very 'hands on' and work very closely with our product management and engineering team in creating user flows and wireframing. The ideal candidate will be able to articulate their functional design choices to stakeholders as well as be able to create all UX deliverables from scratch. A strong UI Design eye is also an important skill set this role requires to be a valued member of the team. 

REQUIREMENTS: 
• 3+ years of experience working as UX/UI Designer in an small to medium size environment 
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX Design, portfolio should demonstrate ability to articulate design choices 
• Strong understanding of visual design aesthetics and working with Analytic Partners’ branding guidelines 
• Javascript, Node.JS, React, and Angular knowledgeable, able to work with UI engineers to implement design, flows, and wireframes
