A newly created position to work within the UX/UI team of an expanding digital enterprise to help better understand how people would experience products and bring that vision to life. In this role the successful candidate will tackle complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs to accommodate varying levels of users, from the first-timers to the sophisticated experts.

This position works closely alongside other Designers, Researchers, Engineers and Product Managers throughout the design process of creating user flows, wireframes, user interface mock-up's and prototypes.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Help to define the user model and user interface for new and existing products and features.
• Take ownership of one or more areas of the product user experience, designing the interactions and interfaces.
• Create documentation (including design rules, pixel perfect mocks, animations) to assist developers in building software that fosters a delightful user experience.
• Collaborate and develop mutual respect and trust with product managers, engineers, researchers and designers.
• Participate in user experience research and usability studies. Participate in regular design reviews and other team-wide design efforts.
• Work closely with Product managers to define MVP
• Work in agile and be proactive to the business and consumer

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Extensive knowledge and experience with driving and applying the user-centered design processes, whilst working collaboratively with customers and cross-functionally across teams
• Be a storyteller – A critical element of all our roles is to deliver insights about people and behaviour – verbally and visually – in a way that generates empathy, emotion, and engagement.
• Have a natural skill to engage with people at a deep level. Whether observing, interviewing customers or working with colleagues and clients you should be passionate about representing the human perspective in design and translating this passion to life.
• Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
• Must be organized, autonomous, analytical, and dynamic
• Creative problem-solver with the ability to work with a blank slate and inspire others.
