UX/Interaction Mobile Designer- Native App

Our top Fortune 500 Live Events client is seeking a Sr. User Experience Designer to inspire, lead, and deliver great experiences in both product and service design. They develop and improve design output, identifying industry best practices for user experience, to ensure our design is setting industry standards for excellence. This UX team works closely with product management and engineering to transform how customers access and discover entertainment experiences around the world. They leverage their technology platform to innovate in the entertainment space and our UX team is focused on launching one-of-a-kind experiences that make everyday life easier and more entertaining for millions of customers.

No C2C- Must be eligible to work as a W2

Looking for likeminded designers who believe that design isn’t just about crafting pixels or making products. It’s about creating possibilities and experiences. That design Improves the way people around the world discover and get access to the hottest entertainment experiences out there.

Responsibilities

• Envision and develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs
• Envision workflows, different consumer facing buy frameworks including buying via maps, sections and more
• Initiate and respond to ideas for innovation and improvements based on research, analysis, and competitive reviews
• Conceive, manage, and lead project design from start to finish
• Identify user needs and business requirements
• Substantiate design approach with analysis & projections for improvements in key metrics
• Create design deliverables such as specifications, process flows, wireframes, and mock-ups
• Procure buy-in with stakeholders early and often
• During implementation phase respond to day-to-day questions from developers, product managers & project managers. Also work with QA to identify, document, and verify bug fixes

Preferred Qualifications
• A proven expert in both web and mobile experience design and is an extremely customer-centric, creative leader & thinker with the ability to inspire designers to deliver excellence in design thinking and innovation
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills with an ability to lead collaborative design sessions and decision making across the organization
• Critical influencing skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate the value of design to product, business, and technology leaders and ability to articulate your design vision and defend your design decisions
• Must be a self starter that can create schedules, prioritize and define scope of work, and accomplish many tasks even when there are no clear requirements and direction
• Proven ability delivering high quality designs to customers with strong business results
• A driver of simplicity and fierce prioritization with partners and team members for a great user experience
• Experience designing consumer facing e-commerce experiences
• Portfolio with different ways of approaching user input and selection a plus
