UX/Interaction Designer

Tasks and responsibilities include:

Maintain high standards for design artifacts including wireframes, architecture diagrams and

Articulate behavior, narrative, and workflow in the design of websites and applications for desktop
and mobile devices

Collaborate with technology colleagues on design feasibility and implementation

Develop customer research and insights, collaborating with the creative team, marketing strategists
and account planning

Partner with clients on reconciling business objectives with customer goals

Participate in brainstorming and other idea-generating team sessions

Maintain high quality on creative and presentation deliverables

Multi-task and work efficiently under pressure

To qualify, you’ll need:

Four year degree

5-7 years of design and strong interactive/digital work experience preferred

Creative agency experience desired

A portfolio of work samples demonstrating layout, workflow, functionality, and strategy

Balanced interaction design skills, visual design sensibilities and understanding of how disciplines
exist together

Good presentation and time management skills

Solid working knowledge of current rich media technologies, including Flash

Mastery of interactivity and the Web

Candidate must be open to travel as needed
