UX/IA Lead

Our Atlanta-based Fortune-100 client is seeking a talented IA/UX Lead!

This is scheduled to be an 18-month contract role.

Our client’s Digital Technology Team is responsible for building all of the company’s branded

websites from around the world.

The work for this role will be focused on serving as a junior or senior-level UX/IA Lead for roll-outs

for all branded websites. As a UX/IA lead, you will work on the following:

Design & Design Documentation:

- Conduct user research - from testing protocol, conduct, analysis , insights,

documentation

- Evaluate third party user research

- Assessments & Audits of content and functionality based on existing sites, comps, or

other proposed experiences

- Making recommendations on UX best practices

- Translate technology and complex concepts into understandable terms

- Design Proposals & Estimation

- Workflows/Taskflows

- User Journeys

- Annotated wireframes

- Evaluation of proposed design against pattern library

- Mapping comps/creative to components

- Providing recommendations on custom development

Support queues support

- Supporting the Digital Technology platform team 

- Providing feedback, testing, and signing off on fixes

Providing input into both major (release-based) and minor (weekly) enhancement lifecycle:

- Gathering requirements

- Providing a solution/approach/design

- Supporting prioritization for release

- UAT support: Helping create, build and conduct UA Testing

Provide training to agencies, marketers and authors; plan lead or help facilitate workshops

Shared responsibilities:

- Working with markets to provide design and site set up support

- Work with Content Strategist and Design Director on website content

Additional Detail:

- Client is open to either junior or senior level role to fill position

- Position is very Content Management-heavy; must be very familiar with the content

management experience

- Personality is key driver. Client must be a confident self-starter with strong work ethic;

independently-driven candidate that isn’t afraid to ask good questions; excellent listening

skills. Very comfortable navigating ambiguity.
