HOT PROJECT- Parent Control App- management app for parents to monitor content delivery for children.

SUMMARY:
Our passion is creating engaging and delighting user experiences and we’re looking for a talented UX Strategist & Researcher to join our team. You'll be working with designers, usability, and business teams to create engaging experiences for mobile, tablet, web and CE devices. Working with multiple groups to develop complex digital products will require “Out-of-the-box” thinking, a collaborative nature, and the ability to challenge the status quo while achieving the goal.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create the UX strategy for new products. The strategy is built on multiple inputs such as target user goals/needs/behaviors, business requirements, competitive forces, experience trends, gap analysis to formulate the best experience direction
• Work in a cross-functional team of creative, business and engineering resources to concept and develop solutions that are effective, authentic and innovative
• Work with product and marketing management to understand their business goals and create design solutions which help them meet those goals
• Keep abreast of industry development and new technologies
• Present design and UX concepts to executive management

The ideal candidate has a great blend of creative, UX and business experience and wants to create amazing experiences. You will be asked to provide UX strategy documents as samples.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree required in Design, Visual Arts, HCI, UX or related
• 3+ years in a UX Strategy and/or User Research role either agency or corporate.
• Champion user experience and design best practices to stakeholders throughout the organization. Bring design thinking to projects and act as a voice of UX innovation in the product development process
• Assessing and understanding the platforms, business needs and market landscape, and distilling those into design requirements
• Analyze market trends, experience trends and competitive forces and recommend needs the product can fill based on gaps in the market
• Develop user journeys, storyboards and end-to-end customer experiences
• Create concepts/surveys/tests to analyze what features-sets meet the target persona and synthesize the data to create recommendations
• Create personas based on testing, market analysis and business inputs
• Distill analyzed market needs into design requirements
• Validate strategy and features with prototype tools to understand if it meets customer expectations and behaviors.
• A portfolio that demonstrates superior creative thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills when communicating user experience and design direction to business teams and executive leadership using prototypes, visual communications and narrative vision
• Excellent organization skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-starter who can keep the big picture in mind, work through details, and sell ideas
• Passionate about mobile experiences with a vision for what could be in 2-5 years.
• Team player who works well with others

DESIRED
• Create prototypes using Axure, Justinmind or other prototyping tool
• Prototype and iterate concepts for user testing to validate and refine the recommendation
• 3+ years working software/hardware products (across Tablets, TV, and CE devices)
• Experience managing and collaborating with creative talent
