UX Researcher

A UX researcher is needed for a London based broadcasting giant for a 3 month booking possibly longer to work on a new and exciting streaming service.

Working closely with the research and insights team, the purpose of this role is to help to shape the direction of products across the breadth of this new project.

Working in a fast-paced agile environment, you will be will supporting the design activity by conducting upfront research. Working closely with designers to prototype solutions, and carrying out usability testing at regular intervals using a range of qualitative and quantitative testing activities across web, mobile and TV. You will own the UI testing program which will provide actionable insight at each stage of an iterative design process across a variety of platforms.

The successful candidate will have strong experience working closely with development teams in both formal and informal testing environments. You possess strong analytical skills, are self-motivated and able to work well independently. You are a natural collaborator with a strong idea of the most effective way to get the job done. You must have the ability to run a program from end to end autonomously. You have excellent communication skills and are able to present findings in a clear and accessible way to senior stakeholders.
