This role would allow you to create and test hypotheses about user behaviour and interaction, conduct user studies, dive into data, design prototypes, and run experiments to help us deliver a better, more valuable product for our customers. You would work collaboratively with the product, design, and customer success teams to establish engagement programs for customers, inform product development decisions, and identify industry insights. You will be challenged and supported to grow your career at a rapid pace. You get to work with highly talented and motivated designers and engineers in a fun and engaging environment.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Experience planning and executing user studies
  • Expert knowledge of UX best practices to create and streamline workflows
  • Knowledge of cutting-edge UX & UI design trends
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Experience using data to measure the impact of experiments
  • Advanced skills in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes


  • SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES THAT ARE GOOD TO HAVE

  • Product UI design
  • Communication design
  • Experience with Mobile and Tablet design (Android and iOS)
  • Experience building metrics dashboards & running SQL queries
  • Writing front-end code (HTML, CSS and JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with product management and product development processes


  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE

  • Conduct usability studies to identify usability or engagement issues and propose solutions
  • Create and manage A/B testing experiments
  • Formulate hypotheses and execute data research projects to find trends and opportunities that increase product value and provide industry insights
  • Help design, build, and refine product features in collaboration with other designers, developers, and product managers
  • Help create product release and product support content to ensure users get the optimum initial experience with new product features
  • Participate in company strategy and product roadmap meetings
