UX Research (marketing analyst)

We’re looking for a UX researcher who specializing in marketing and bringing consumers together with clients to solve their toughest business challenges
We need someone who is analytical, creative, energetic and are comfortable interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data. 
We consider this role a “storyteller” and you will be responsible for engaging clients in the insights and the lives of consumers.  There are many research activities you would work on to uncover the insights hidden and bring them to life for your clients. Are you are looking to make a difference every day at a growing, dynamic agency? This might be the job for you!

What you’ll be doing:
• Create in-depth analyses of qualitative and quantitative results to uncover insights
• Craft creative, clear and concise storyboards based on insightful reports and research
• Be able to create easy to understand charts, graphs, imagery and other creative techniques to highlight key insights
• Collaborate with clients and teams to gather to conduct effective research plans and compelling,
• Develop and proactively manage content analysis and reporting schedules  to set client and team expectations
• Help form best practices for the agency related to analysis and reporting
 
MUST HAVES:
• experience in Brand Planning, Market Research, Consumer Insights, Brand Management or Strategy
• Portfolio of samples demonstrating case studies and previous research projects
• Demonstrated understanding of qualitative and quantitative research design and analysis
• Ability to write  insightful, creative reports with detailed analysis
• be able to work collaboratively and present to clients
• great time management skills and ability manage expectations
• Enjoy a fast-paced, intense work environment
