Aquent's client, an American multinational technology company specializing in Internet-related services and products, is seeking a UX Research Project Coordinator for a 12–month assignment. Pay: 33/hr. DOE As part of this UX team, the User Experience (UX) Research Coordinator is responsible for scheduling/facilitating all research team meetings and studies and recording/distribution of project-related communications to team members, leaders, and other stakeholders. This job requires you to be an expert scheduler and organizer as well as a flexible thinker who can balance multiple objectives and teams in multiple locations. Top Responsibilities: 1. In partnership with UX researchers, coordinate the recruitment for and scheduling of UX research studies. 2. Note-taking and information dissemination. 3. Organizing of digital files and documents. Additional Responsibilities - Overseeing communications with research vendors. - Overseeing communications with internal recruitment team - Booking labs - Maintaining research infrastructure (e.g. research archive, research schedules) - Help with coordination of 20% signature studies and side projects. Required Qualifications: - BA/BS in any field or at least 4 years equivalent practical experience. - 3+ years experience coordinating interactive, research, or experience design projects - Proven ability to multitask - Working knowledge of productivity software. - Proficient with spreadsheets or similar and Google Docs. - Proficient in file-sharing using Google Drive Nice to have: - Great communication skills, including killer notes, info dissemination, writing, meeting set-up and facilitation, and status reporting - Some knowledge of study design process and usability studies - Thrives when challenged with vague/undefined projects and is scrappy and creative when managing schedules - Effective at scheduling, organizing, and recording. - A strong sense of focus and excellent attention to detail while working in a very fast-paced, professional environment.
