UX Project Manager/Producer

Our client is looking for a skilled Producer/PM with a passion for managing interactive, Agile projects to join their team! Your work will have a direct and significant impact on the user experience of millions of retail customers around the globe. You will work alongside UX designers and developers in their highly-collaborative, Agile team to improve and formalize processes, manage projects and deliverables, track and report on the work produced by the team, and help produce training materials for the internal users of their customer-facing software. This client supports a vast number of businesses, categories, and products across international web sites. Their work has a direct and significant impact on the user experience of millions of customers around the globe, in addition to many business critical internal operations. One of their programs maintains a roadmap of software and features that teams use to improve the web experience for global customers.

Your day-to-day will include lots of writing (announcements, internal documentation, status updates, etc); reporting and tracking on current status and activity of a program; assessing, improving, and helping to formalize existing processes; attending team meetings, presentations, and brainstorm sessions; etc. And, if you are looking for a strong work-life balance, this is your team! 40 hour weeks are the rule rather than the exception.


Basic Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Producer, UX PM, or similar role
- Passion for user experience and software design
- Hands-on leader with excellent project management, communication and organizational skills
- Experience leading a cross functional team through at least one full product development cycle
- Experience with agile/scrum


Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning, task delegation and coordination across functional teams, including engineering, sales, customer success and marketing teams
- Analytical and quantitative skill set; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and feature concepts
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and execution strategies
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary
