UX Project Manager

The UX Project Manager will be a member of a small team responsible for innovating and delivering high-value business solutions across multiple eCommerce sites operating throughout the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Will gather requirements, collaborate with distributed teams to determine best approach, and manage the eCommerce initiative through to implementation.
  • This position works extensively with a matrix of globally distributed business-oriented groups and customers and requires a high amount of collaboration with teammates and customers.
  • Will be a member of an Agile (SCRUM) team responsible for innovating and delivering high-value business solutions across multiple eCommerce sites and mobile applications
  • An eCommerce business division position that works extensively with a matrix of various business-oriented groups, IT Development, Usability Architects, and customers.
  • The position requires a high amount of collaboration with teammates and customers.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Working with cross-functional business teams to conceptualize and design customer website experience.
  • Identify, understand, and capture business vision and be able to relate business vision to implementable solutions.
  • Develop user story details and acceptance criteria to support Product Owner direction and backlog prioritization.
  • Create wireframes, page mock-ups, and user stories with detailed practical and contextual specifications and web mockups.
  • Analyze complex web and information technologies as it relates to eCommerce and mCommerce transactions
  • Assume full accountability for coordinating and facilitating the gathering of initiative and roadmap details.
  • Manage multiple concurrent tasks in varying phases of the Agile Sprint methodology working in two week sprint cycles.
  • Create and delivery stakeholder presentations explaining sprint and release functionality deliverables.
  • Assist in the creation of test scripts to verify code changes are working as designed.
  • Ensure User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on all code changes during the two week sprint cycle and on point for the scheduled monthly Saturday production release.
  • Recommend and drive solutions in an innovative and collaborative manner that strengthens functionality to support an exceptional customer experience across the various websites .
  • Understand and capture existing user experience flow and recommend improvements.
  • Create prototype visual and contextual designs in a collaborative manner with cross-functional teams.
