Pay: Up to $65/hr. DOE

Client's Online Support User Experience team is seeking a highly accomplished UX Designer able to create and deliver amazing experiences for customers around the world.

The ideal candidate should know how to balance creativity with structure and be open to collaborating with other designers, business stakeholders, and end users. To succeed in this role, you will need to draw on your UX experience, technical knowledge, organizational skills, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, common sense, and sense of humor. You will join a team who is fully committed to excellence and satisfying the demands of client's global customer base.

DESCRIPTION
As UX Designer, you will play a key role in our award-winning customer service efforts by designing and delivering amazing digital experiences for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Gathering input from stakeholders and using your extensive user experience design knowledge and industry experience to help shape project requirements and scope
Creating flow-charts and presentations to help communicate design approach and to help gain alignment across project teams
Developing annotated low, medium and high fidelity design assets, ensuring you offer multiple concepts to help elicit meaningful feedback from business stakeholders
Collaborating with prototypers to flesh-out your designs and refine interactions
Collaborating with researchers to test your designs
Creating highly detailed design specifications that can be handed-off to developers for implementation when co-location isn’t an option
Revising and updating designs and documentation based on continuing user testing and customer feedback
Driving best practices with an eye toward localization, accessibility, SEO, scalability, and ease of maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS
5-8 years experience designing for a large customer-facing website and/or other large-scale web-based experiences
Degree in design-related field or equivalent experience
Deep expertise in information architecture, user testing, and creating highly detailed design specifications
Extensive experience creating flow charts, wireframes, and mockups
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Expert at Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop, Sketch, and/or other design applications
Must be able to present multiple design options, collect a variety of feedback from different business stakeholders, and quickly turn around new design candidates
Experience with QA and working directly with web developers to ensure the successful implementation of a design
Experience with localization and internationalization
Knowledge of industry best-practices for SEO and accessibility
All candidates will be required to submit a portfolio of work samples and/or links to their work.
Must be well rounded.
Will collaborate with Prototypers: when design is ready for actual functionality will hand off the design. Have to come up with and communicate assets needed, devices being tested (Overall basic functional requirements.)

Will collaborate with Research:
Be able to draft - what do i want to test- what questions do i want answers.
Experience with localization and internationalization- global scope in 32 different languages.
Encountered localization issues with typography, design principles etc.
Enhancement to an existing product- new workflow/design within an existing experience.
The tool is a complex wizard find that aids in finding the correct path to support issue via chat, via in store authorized provider, (routes to right resources)
