Reporting to the Head of UX and ultimately the Head of Digital (both of whom you’ll work closely with), you will lead a team of specialists committed to the growth and development of UX and UI capabilities.
Naturally, you’ll be comfortable leading a team and having top-level conversations with varying stakeholders. Alongside this you’ll be making sure of a fluid customer digital experience throughout the customer’s lifecycle, resulting in a transparent and quality experience across each interaction.
With regards to your background, we’re looking for management experience throughout the entire service design process – research through delivery. Alongside this, you’ll be able to coach and mentor those within the team and lead methodologies for workshops, interviews, ideation, design, testing etc.
