UX Information Architect

Aquent's client is looking for a UX /Information Architect to work a 1 year contract with high potential to extend in Richfield, MN (Suburb of Minneapolis-No remote).

This position is on the Profile Product Team which is tasked with improving and maintaining the customer’s account online and the spectrum of capabilities related to that account information. Highlights of that would include the digital customer account, the management of the loyalty program online, order and post-purchase support, the display of historical customer information, personalization, and recommendations.


Position Overview:
The UX Information Architect is a key contributor in the shaping of customer experiences within their assigned area of online experience (mobile, tablet, desktop).
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Creates documentation to support the team’s work effort, including wireframes, sketches, sitemaps, process flows, low and high fidelity prototypes and other similar artifacts
• Collaborates and supports a cross-functional team that includes other UX Architects, Designers, Copywriters, Developers (front end and back end), Product Managers, business partners and other key stakeholders
• Effectively translate customer, business and product requirements into a cohesive and consistent customer experience
• Presents completed and in-process work to key stakeholders and peers to solicit feedback and attain necessary approvals
• Advocates and promotes the customer experience across all device types (mobile, tablet, desktop)
• Works with the UX Lead and Product to help identify testing and research needs
• Passionately champions the customer experience
• Participates in user acceptance testing efforts
