Client information/Background:
The client helps big brands to improve the performance of their websites, apps and emails with their live user feedback tool and backend analytics dashboard.

Role: UX Designer – Product Design Team
The client is looking for specialized people to join their growing design team to rebuild their user feedback tool. The UX Designer needs to be highly intelligent and passionate about UX. The product is very technical and requires an analytical mind to understand and use it. The ability to communicate with developers is also crucial for UX designers. It is also important that the designer is able to avoid creating a monster of a tool by adding too many functionalities and applications.

Conducting UX Research for this role is just as important as being a good UX designer. This role requires a lot of contact with users and conducting lots of testing scenarios (focus groups). The UX Designer will also have to perform customer research and be able to accrue a strategic understanding of a customer’s/user’s problems that need to be solved.

The UX Designer needs to be representative of the client as they will also be required to be client facing. The client's customers are some of the biggest businesses in world and need to be professional. The UX Designer will need to help solve any problems it’s customers may have, especially as their product is currently being rebuild.
