Generate design and promotional concepts that promote Partner (employees) Digital brand identity and enhance the company experience for our partners. Responsible for development execution and evolution of the Brand Expression and guidelines. Executes the entire design process on assigned projects, within agreed upon schedules and budgets. Summary of Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Maintains highest level of innovative design execution. Accountable for leading and/or supporting the conceptual, strategic and design development of multiple small and large scale projects. Build UI kit based on previous projects and current guidelines. Initiates and obtains creative feedback from managers at appropriate junctures. Keeps design lead(s) and business manager(s) informed of project status. Collaborates with content team, prepress partners and Procurement managers to execute design projects. Develops and adheres to a design strategy (including budgets and timelines) based on the project brief, creative criteria, expected production values, and reviews creative concepts against the strategy. Articulately represents creative work to creative leadership supporting the design strategy. Ability to provide feedback on other designers and developers work, as needed (based on Partner Digital Brand Guidelines). Summary of Experience: Professional experience with a design firm, advertising agency or marketing department in a UX/UI role: 3 to 6 years. Supervision of workgroups: 1 year. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross functional projects and activities.
