A well-known NYC Bakery is seeking a UX Designer to join their team located in Union Square. This is a temp to perm position, but candidate will convert VERY quickly!!

Overview:
The UX Designer oversees the user experience design from initial concepts to launch, and facilitates continuous improvement of UX through user research, testing, and analytics.

Responsibilities:
● Designs user interface and experience for all digital end­-user systems, including, but not limited to the front­-end website, e­-commerce platform and CMS, mobile applications, in­-store technology, and other internal software solutions (ERP, CRM, ticket management, project management, order management, POS, etc.).
● Collaborates with Director of Digital Experience and other product owners to identify UX business requirements.
● Develops concepts through sketches, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
● Translates wireframes into final designs that are consistent with brand standards, writes accompanying specification documents for development.
● Communicates directly with technical resources to ensure proper execution during the development process.
● Gathers user insight throughout the design process and post­-launch, conducts research through through user testing, focus groups, surveys, competitor analysis, etc. Proactively monitors incoming user feedback. Defines and analyzes KPIs to continuously improve UX.
● Stays up­-to­-date on current UX trends and technology, and makes recommendations for implementation and improvement.

Requirements:
● Knowledge of current UX trends, technology, and best practices for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
● Photoshop
● HTML, CSS, JavaScript
● Not required, but a plus:
○ E­Commerce experience
○ Magento EE
