We are looking for a talented User Experience Designer with strong interaction expertise, a bias for self-starting, and excellent collaboration and communication skills. You’ll help design and ship cutting-edge experiences that impact millions of customers who use our products and services every day.

Responsibilities:
• Working at the early Concept phase (participating in idea sessions, storyboarding, brainstorming, creating user scenarios, and sketching/proto-typing).
• Partnering closely with other designers, engineers, design integrators, program managers, and researchers to deliver throughout the design phases (deliverables include information structures and hierarchies, navigation models, animations, wireframes, flows, prototypes, and redlines).
• Developing user experience and visual design solutions that work across the platforms and device groups with a focus on innovation within the existing visual design language (including grid, typography, color and other design-language patterns).
• Creating and presenting design solutions and strategies that bring the user story to life.

Requirements:
• A BA/BS or higher degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Communication Arts, Information Design, or related degree.
• 4+ years of relevant design work experience.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong interaction skills, and the ability to work with visual designers and engineers.
• An understanding of UX principles and patterns.
• Ability to design across a wide variety of canvases with particular attention to responsive experiences.
• A creative and user-centered approach to design.
• Demonstrated ability for strategic problem solving.
• Great listening skills, with an open minded and team-oriented approach to design.
• Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with design tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, coupled with at least a basic understanding of CSS and HTML (advanced knowledge a plus).
