Contract opportunity with Fortune 500 cloud computing company with offices in Indianapolis!

This project is focused on the development and growth of our client's website to support the Marketing Cloud business. You will be helping implement our digital and SEO strategy, improve customer experience, and support any optimization of the site to reach the business goals.


DESCRIPTION:
Experienced MARKETING UX designer who can help support a vision and concept through building simple, elegant workflows, detailed IA of relatively complex and varied online processes, which include evolving business rules. We are a swiftly moving team aiming to build digital RWD marketing initiatives.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conceptualize and design wireframes, complete process layouts and workflows, navigation and supporting visual elements for digital RWD display and apps
- Ensure that workflows are accessible and logical and support the need of the client as well as fulfill the workflow requirements of internal development cycle In any
- Work with the development team to efficiently and effectively build the functions and workflows
- Work closely with the rest of the team to effectively manage information and content into creative solutions;
- Acquire domain knowledge where required in order to design functionality
- Work with user researchers to iterate on the design and workflow

**Understanding of digital branding a big plus; strong LinkedIn/Twitter presence desired.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 - 5 years of digital agency or marketing experience
- a passion for emerging behaviors and research
- a Bachelors in graphic design, HCI, interaction design, anthropology, psychology, marketing, or equivalent

Top/Preferred Skills:
- Master at Omnigraffle, including a full knowledge of shared layers, creating stencils, etc
- Intermediate to Expert proficiency with Sketch App and building prototypes in INvision
- Marketing, esp. lead generation experience
- Design experience of simple, highly usable, intelligently architected processes
- Ability to create highly-polished, commercial-quality designs
- Understanding of web technologies and current market trends
- Extensive understanding of RWD
- Understanding of web usability
- Understanding of user expectations regarding UI best practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to focus and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Mid-level professional who can think on their feet while also staying align with departmental and company goals

Interview Process: Phone interview followed by an onsite interview. Skype if non-local.
