UX Designer

Your current title may start with IA, UI or UX. You are a wire-framing and prototyping guru and have a

passion for everything digital, social and new. You know that the small details make a huge impression

on consumers. You want to make everything you touch better.

Responsibilities

• Ability to turn human needs and behaviors into insights for concepts.

• Create new designs, including (but not limited to) user flows, wireframes, mocks, and prototypes.

• Communicate design rationale, explaining design work and advocate for users’ needs.

• Create innovative solutions for new features and improvements that tie to business goals

• Collaborate with technology team to develop and validate new UX technologies to ensure technical

feasibility and business justification

• Ability to prioritize projects, communicate progress, and deliver on time.

• Proved people-centric approach in design work.

• Passion for what you do, staying on top of current trends and developments

• Ability to collaborate with a diverse team to achieve the best possible outcomes.

• Design for CLM, Web and iOS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' work experience in User Experience design

• Experienced in wireframes, story boarding, user journey, work flows, etc.

• Typography/Color Theory experience

• Passion for User Experience and Innovation

• Undergraduate degree required.

• Additional study in UX, HF, Usability, Psychology appreciated
